Kano State government is to partner Indonesian investors with the aim of revamping food production in the state.
The state governor, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, who stated this recently when he hosted Indonesian Ambassador to Nigeria, Mr. Harry Purwanto, said such collaboration will help in the area of food processing and assist in curbing undue wastage of farm produce.
Earlier, Ambassador Harry Purwanto, had explained that Indonesia enjoyed excellent trade relations with Nigeria, adding that investors from his country have expressed desire to explore the opportunities that abound in Kano State, especially in the areas of infrastructure development, agriculture and mining.
